Job description

nLogic is seeking a Software Engineer to support a mission-focused effort in the Huntsville area. This role will play a key part in supporting missile defense efforts and may be filled at different experience levels depending on qualifications.

The role is responsible for designing and developing real-time embedded software applications, integrating and testing software with complex hardware systems, and supporting the delivery of mission-critical capabilities in an Agile development environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, in-scope Secret or higher security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 2+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM field
  • Experience developing real-time embedded software in C++
  • Experience with hardware/software integration
  • Experience developing software in a RHEL/Linux environment
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools and Agile software development practices
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10% to support business needs
  • Must be able to work on-site in an office environment in Huntsville, AL
