What does a laborer shutdown do?

A Laborer Shutdown is responsible for assisting with the maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities during a facility shutdown, typically in industrial settings like refineries or manufacturing plants. Their tasks often include equipment cleaning, debris removal, material handling, and supporting skilled tradespeople to ensure safe and efficient shutdown operations. These roles are usually temporary and require adherence to strict safety protocols due to the hazardous nature of the environment.
