Position Summary:

The Production General Laborer will support various aspects of our production process. This role involves hands-on labor, operating equipment, and helping ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Assist with assembly, packaging, and quality control tasks

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely

  • Load and unload materials, handling them properly

  • Inspect materials and products for quality and report issues

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow safety procedures and use required PPE

  • Communicate with team members and supervisors

  • Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance

  • Support training of new team members

  • Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

  • Suggest process improvements when possible

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

What we’re looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • A minimum of 6 months of forklift experience

  • 6 months to 2 years in a production or manufacturing setting preferred

  • Comfortable with physical work: lifting, standing, repetitive tasks

  • Familiarity with production processes and equipment operation

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and follow directions

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic understanding of safety regulations

  • Forklift certification is a plus
