Job Overview:

Graff Masonry Inc. is hiring full-time Laborers to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a hands-on construction role for dependable individuals who are physically capable, comfortable performing demanding work, and prepared to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Laborers will support masonry and concrete crews with material handling, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and other physically demanding tasks while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical labor on construction sites, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools and materials.
  • Assist masons and other skilled workers with jobsite setup, cleanup, and support tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials.
  • Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, and other building materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support various phases of concrete and masonry work and learn through hands-on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction experience preferred.
  • Must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks for 8+ hours per day.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation to the shop.
  • Strong desire to grow in the construction industry and take on more responsibilities over time.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
  • No licenses or certifications required.
