Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Alabama. Edenbrook Lakeside is seeking a dependable, hands-on General Laborer to support our team during a large-scale renovation project. This position plays a key role in preparing our facility to support the launch of a new Ventilator Unit and Dialysis Unit. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks including cleaning, light construction, drywall work, outdoor maintenance, moving furniture and equipment, and other general labor duties.

Position: General Laborer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with facility renovations
  • Light construction and basic carpentry
  • Drywall repair and installation
  • Replacing ceiling tiles
  • Perform general cleaning and organization tasks both indoors and outdoors
  • Support landscaping and outdoor upkeep as needed
  • Move furniture, equipment, and supplies within the facility
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and leadership

Qualifications:
