Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a wide range of carpentry and labor tasks. We are looking for someone with rough and/or finish carpentry skills, painting skills and well rounded in home remodeling


Responsibilities

  • Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, painting and drywall installation to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
  • Support fixture installation, door hanging, cabinet setup, and flooring or tile laying projects to enhance interior finishes.


Requirements

  • Basic tools, hand tools and pouch
  • Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in framing, trim carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; experience with construction estimating is a plus.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tool
  • Knowledge of various construction disciplines .
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; previous experience in remodeling or the remodeling industry is advantageous.
  • Valid construction site experience with a focus on safety practices; certifications in OSHA or related safety standards are preferred.
