A Day in This Role

You arrive on site ready to elevate each space you touch. One day, you’re perfecting interior trim details; the next, you’re on exterior work—always focused on safety, precision, and timelines. You’ll set doors and windows so they operate flawlessly, frame new layouts, and bring kitchens to life with cabinets and countertops.

Core Work You’ll Tackle
  • Interior and exterior carpentry tasks from rough to finish
  • Wood framing, blocking, and sheathing
  • Installation of windows, doors, and related hardware
  • Cabinet and countertop installation
  • Trim installation, including base, case, and crown molding
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
  • Your own basic hand tools
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Strong understanding of construction site safety
  • Reliability and the ability to take direction and work as a team
