Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Alabama. Edenbrook Lakeside promotes and encourages the success of each of its employees and values the individual experience of its guests and their families.

Edenbrook Lakeside is seeking a dependable, hands-on General Laborer to support our team during a large-scale renovation project. This position plays a key role in preparing our facility to support the launch of a new Ventilator Unit and Dialysis Unit. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks including cleaning, light construction, drywall work, outdoor maintenance, moving furniture and equipment, and other general labor duties.

Position: General Laborer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with facility renovations
  • Light construction and basic carpentry
  • Drywall repair and installation
  • Replacing ceiling tiles
  • Perform general cleaning and organization tasks both indoors and outdoors
  • Support landscaping and outdoor upkeep as needed
  • Move furniture, equipment, and supplies within the facility
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and leadership

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in general labor, construction, or maintenance preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work as needed, including possible evenings or weekends
