How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute high-quality concrete finishing, pouring, and screeding for diverse structural landscapes.
  • Operate heavy field machinery including skid loaders and excavators to prepare project sites efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean driving record while safely transporting essential equipment to active job locations.
  • Demonstrate absolute reliability and consistency to ensure daily project timelines are met successfully.
  • Collaborate closely with field operations teams to deliver seamless residential and commercial exterior installations.
  • Adhere strictly to safety standards while utilizing company-provided helmets, gloves, and protective gear.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of reliability and consistency in a demanding field operations environment.
  • Demonstrated experience as a skilled concrete finisher or a clean record operating skid loaders and excavators.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic outdoor installation crew.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 years of related work experience in concrete finishing or heavy equipment operation.
  • Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for advanced equipment transport.
  • Prior experience working specifically within the residential and commercial exteriors and concrete construction trade.
