Job Description
Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and be part of a hardworking team? We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to support daily production operations in a busy industrial environment. In this position, you'll sort, inspect, stack, and organize wooden pallets while ensuring quality standards are met and safety remains the top priority. Responsibilities
  • Sort wooden pallets by hand according to quality standards
  • Separate damaged pallets from reusable inventory
  • Identify pallet grades and organize materials accordingly
  • Stack, move, and organize pallets throughout the facility
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
  • Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, carpentry, roofing, welding, lumber, or other physically demanding work is strongly preferred
  • Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Skills
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift
