- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

- Follow all company and OSHA safety standards
- Travel to and work at job sites nationwide; return home every other weekend
- Previous experience in general construction or a related field preferred
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in diverse weather conditions
- OSHA-30 certification required
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay on project sites for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certifications in forklift operation, fall protection, aerial lift, scissor lift, and First Aid/CPR are highly preferred
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
