Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Job Duties:
1) Responsible for assisting lead technician in locating leaks and performing roof repairs and
maintenance on all roof systems including but not limited to cold applied BUR, torch applied
Modified Bitumen, EPDM, Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Coatings, and slope
(tile/shingles/metal).
2) Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day.
3) Successful background check, pre-employment drug test, and physical.
4) Must not be afraid of heights.
5) Lift up to 50 pounds.
6) Ability to work well with others and be team-oriented.
7) Maintain professional interaction with all customers and fellow employees.
8) Assist the lead technician in keeping a clean well-stocked truck.
9) Computer and Smartphone skills are extremely helpful.
10) Possess good judgment, attention to detail, and follow instructions.
12) Be reliable, and dependable, show up on time, and adhere to our safety protocol.
Full-time position
Compensation will be based on experience and paid by the hour.
Rate: $19+ per hour based on experience.
