Team Description

You will be part of the Global Technical Quality team, helping scientists and technical experts deliver high-quality results through seamless operational execution, coordination, and logistics support.

Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of chemicals, biologics, standards, and laboratory consumables
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and supporting documentation
  • Label, log, and track materials, samples, and shipments with accuracy
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for laboratory and office supplies
  • Perform inventory audits and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Support laboratory upkeep, including glassware washing and workspace organization
  • Enable seamless laboratory operations by ensuring timely availability of materials and supplies
