Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
12-Hour Shift
4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Rotating Schedule)

Duration: 4 Months
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
โ€ข Document and communicate test results.
โ€ข Monitor and calibrate laboratory instruments.
โ€ข Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on testing equipment.
โ€ข Support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs.
โ€ข Maintain laboratory records and databases.
โ€ข Assist with inspections, trials, and quality investigations.
Required Skills:
โ€ข Laboratory testing and sample analysis.
โ€ข Data entry and documentation.
โ€ข Instrument calibration and maintenance.
โ€ข Understanding of food safety and quality procedures.
