We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, California on a Contract basis. This position supports product quality activities by entering, organizing, and maintaining accurate testing and shipment-related records in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling repetitive tasks, working with precision, and collaborating with team members to help maintain consistent quality and documentation standards.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and update product testing results, calibration details, and shipment information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain organized electronic records of inspections, experiments, and quality-related observations for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Review data for completeness and consistency, and escalate discrepancies, defects, or irregular findings to the appropriate team members.
• Support quality control operations by recording validation activities and assisting with documentation tied to product performance checks.
• Help track device status by documenting inspections, functionality reviews, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare documentation needed for product configuration, packaging, and outbound shipments to customers or distribution partners.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to troubleshooting records and ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Follow established workplace procedures to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized lab and warehouse environment.• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a scientific or technical discipline is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, quality control support, laboratory environments, manufacturing, or product testing is preferred.
• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter numeric and text-based information accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and confidence working with digital records and data files.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes with consistency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven setting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, performing repetitive hand movements, and lifting packages up to 25 pounds as needed.
