Job Description

Title: Laboratory Technician - Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA 30326
Duration: 3 Months
Description/Comment:

    Preparing blood samples for serum and plasma isolation; this includes handling blood specimens and using a centrifuge to separate plasma and serum.
    Aliquoting separated serum and plasma into small tubes.
    Labeling tubes and storage boxes.
    Maintaining inventory of laboratory supplies by checking stock; anticipating needed supplies and communicating supply needs to order.
    Purpose:
    Support clinical research team at CLIENT by aiding in sample preparation
All necessary training will be provided. But previous experience and training in blood borne pathogens, personal protective equipment, and spill handing would be a plus.

Shift Label: 3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday * Shift

:

These positions are for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift (2 each). Training for these positions will only take place on 1st shift! This position requires 24 hour, 7 days a week coverage.
There will be 3 shifts 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 2:30 PM to 11: 00 PM, 10:30 PM to 7:00 PM
