About the Role
The Cleaning Associate supports RK Pharma’s office and research environments by performing routine cleaning and light laboratory cleaning activities in accordance with site procedures and GMP requirements. This role helps maintain workplaces that are safe, organized, and prepared for daily operations.

This position is a good fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured routines. Success comes from consistency, care, and taking pride in supporting the teams who rely on clean, controlled spaces.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Perform routine cleaning of office areas, conference rooms, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
  •  Support light cleaning and housekeeping tasks in laboratory and GMP R&D areas as assigned (no handling of samples or chemicals)
  •  Follow approved cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety requirements, including GMP-related practices where applicable
  •  Use and store cleaning supplies and equipment properly and safely
  •  Complete required cleaning logs or documentation accurately and on time
  •  Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual conditions promptly
  •  Support special cleaning needs for inspections, site visits, or scheduled activities as needed
  •  Work respectfully and cooperatively around scientists, laboratory staff, and office teams
