Job description

Landscape Laborer

We are looking for quality landscaping laborers to add to our crew in 2026. We pride ourselves on quality work, tailored to the customer's needs, creating a space they will love for years to come!

This position is full-time seasonal with an hourly wage ranging from $18-30/hour, based on experience and the crew you will be working on. Our services include mowing, sod and seeding, patios and walkways, installation of plants/shrubs/trees, and hardscapes. There is occasional weekend work and overnight shifts for snow removal during the layoff season.

Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently with a team to complete tasks on time, following guidance provided by foreman
  • Properly use PPE, maintain a safe and clean worksite
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Reports for work at designated location on time each day
  • Communicate with clients as needed to ensure job satisfaction
  • Keep accurate time sheet records for billing
  • Always represent the company's best interest, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism

Physical Demands:

  • Work with hand tools, power tools, small engine and heavy equipment
  • Lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly through an entire work shift
  • Work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions performing manual labor

Requirements:

  • Previous landscape experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license, must have a clean driving record when operating company vehicles.
  • CDL is a plus.
  • Eager to learn to installations process for hardscape applications and landscape vegetation
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented, ensuring a high-quality final product
