Nous sommes la recherche dun(e)Coordonnateur(trice) de chantierpour se joindre notre quipe de construction Montral!En tant que coordonnateur(trice) de chantier, vous contribuerez au dveloppement et la ralisation de btiments remarquables, tout en btissant des relations durables avec nos employs, partenaires et clients.


RESPONSABILITS :


  • Soutenir les activits de coordination de chantier et de bureau de site : mise jour des plans, relevs de quantits sur le terrain, documentation des rapports et enregistrements lis la qualit.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource entre le surintendant de chantier et les quipes de sous-traitants.
  • Tenir un journal de chantier quotidien en collaboration avec le surintendant.
  • Prparer et maintenir la documentation entre le chantier et le sige social.
  • Assister aux runions de chantier, rdiger les ordres du jour, prendre les procs-verbaux et en assurer la distribution.
  • Effectuer des relevs sur la prsence des travailleurs et remplir les feuilles de temps.
  • Assigner les tches quotidiennes aux ouvriers selon les directives du surintendant.
  • Prparer les demandes dachat pour les articles non standards et les transmettre lacheteur.
  • Coordonner les livraisons de matriel et assurer leur rception sur le chantier.
  • Comparer les bons de livraison avec les quantits prvues et les quantits rellement livres.
  • Grer linventaire de matriel requis et passer les commandes en consquence.
  • Coordonner les expditions entrantes et sortantes, incluant lentreposage temporaire sur le chantier.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Un diplme dtudes postsecondaires en gnie, architecture ou toute autre formation quivalente
  • Un minimum de 2 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire
  • Une excellente connaissance du domaine de la construction
  • De fortes comptences en communication et en organisation
  • Une grande capacit grer les priorits, respecter les chanciers et performer dans un environnement dynamique
  • Une excellente matrise de la suite Microsoft Office et une aisance avec divers logiciels technologiques

We are looking for a Field Coordinator to join our Montreal Construction team! As a Field Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Pride and Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.


RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Assist with basic field coordination / site office duties, including updating drawings, measuring site quantities, documenting field reports and records for quality
  • Act as the liaison between the Site Superintendent and trade labor force;
  • Maintain daily construction log in conjunction with the Site Superintendent;
  • Prepare and maintain various site communication/documentation with head office and site;
  • Attend and participate in site meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and prepare for distribution as directed;
  • Conduct physical checks on labor force and record individual activity on time sheet;
    Allocate tasks to laborers daily according to the Site Superintendents instructions;
  • Make out requisition for non-standard items and submit to purchaser;
  • Arrange for supplies to be delivered;
  • Compare delivery note with bill of quantities and actual quantity delivered;
  • Maintain inventory of required materials and place order accordingly;
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including temporary storage on site.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the construction field
  • Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, to manage time effectively and to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software; Tech-savvy with various computer softwares
