Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
  • Active Texas RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • NRP and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications required or obtainable shortly after hire
  • At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert, compassionate care to patients in labor and postpartum
  • Monitor mother and baby using advanced fetal monitoring technology
  • Support natural and surgical births including cesarean deliveries
  • Administer medications, assist with anesthesia, and manage IVs
  • Educate families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery
  • Work closely with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, and other care team members
Schedule & Shift Info:
  • Full-Time, Night Shift
  • Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Rotating weekends and holiday coverage required
