About the Position:

Rowe Casa Organics is hiring a Labeling Specialist to join our team! As a key part of the Labeling Department, you will ensure the efficient and accurate labeling of our high-quality products, playing a vital role in the creation of Rowe Casa products. This is a full-time position that follows a 4/10 work schedule (4 days a week, 10 hours a day). The schedule will include a combination of days between Monday and Saturday, typically from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Note that overtime, including nights and weekends, may be required, and the schedule may change depending on company needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of production procedures and machinery (labeling processes)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Ability to enforce safety and sanitation regulations
  • Familiarity with the organic and natural health and beauty industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in natural and organic product industry


Working Conditions:

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, and standard manufacturing equipment such as packaging machines.


Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand (sometimes for long periods of time); walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
