General Warehouse Packing Station Associate


Join our fulfillment team and play a critical role in getting products to our customers! We're looking for focused, efficient, and reliable individuals to staff our packing stations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and value quality work, we want to hear from you.


Job Summary


The Packing Station Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. You'll be the last touchpoint before an order leaves the warehouse, ensuring items are securely and correctly packaged according to company standards and shipping requirements.


Key Responsibilities


  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately select the correct shipping box/container and appropriate packing materials for various products.
  • Packing and Protection: Professionally pack items, ensuring they are protected against damage during transit (using bubble wrap, air pillows, paper, etc.).
  • Quality Control: Verify that the items packed match the order invoice and report any discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
  • Labeling and Staging: Print and affix shipping labels correctly, and stage packaged boxes in the appropriate outbound area for carrier pickup.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station, adhering to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Replenishment: Assist with restocking packing supplies (boxes, tape, labels) to ensure a continuous workflow.
