Pay: $15
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:45pm but could extend to 4:30pm based on needs.
Now Hiring: Production Floor Support Associate
Mancan Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company seeking a dependable Production Floor Support Associate to help keep production running efficiently. This hands-on role is responsible for stocking the production floor, supplying materials, transporting finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Production Floor Support
* Stock production lines with all materials needed for manufacturing.
* Place machines, belts, and dryers in designated locations for technician setup.
* Retrieve parts, foam, boxes, lids, and other production materials from the warehouse.
* Transport materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and hand carts.
* Organize materials so they are easily accessible for machine operators and production employees.
Shipping & Warehouse Support
* Move completed boxes from production to designated warehouse locations.
* Label finished products according to job specifications.
* Maintain accurate counts of completed boxes.
* Return unused materials to the warehouse at the end of production runs.
* Communicate returned inventory to warehouse personnel for inventory updates.
Housekeeping & Production Support
* Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.
* Sweep and mop floors at the end of each shift.
* Buff floors and clean production equipment and machines.
* Record production scrap and properly dispose of recyclable materials.
* Notify technicians of completed production totals at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
Basic math skills required.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate in basic English.
Good eyesight and color recognition.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
* Frequent walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and side-to-side movement.
* Ability to lift materials overhead as needed.
* Moderate lifting throughout the shift (up to approximately 50 lbs.).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
