We're looking for detail-oriented, dependable individuals to join our Sausahe batching department as a Machine Operator. In this role, you will help ensure our products are accurately weighed, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

What You'll Do
  • Weigh and label product cases accurately before they are boxed and prepared for shipment.
  • Verify tray counts and ensure the correct labels and production dates are applied.
  • Identify products and use the appropriate packaging, including Organic and RWA (Raised Without Antibiotics) boxes.
  • Operate the weight-price labeling machine and verify that all printed information is accurate.
  • Ensure all case labels match the product and master case label information.
  • Change label rolls and perform basic maintenance of labeling equipment as needed.
  • Clean and maintain the scale and work area at the end of each shift.
  • Assist with hand-stacking and palletizing cases weighing up to 50 pounds when production requires.
  • Immediately report and address any food safety, quality, or workplace safety concerns.
  • Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
