HIRING IN ERIE, PA

We are actively looking to hire for production help to join our team as a machine operator. Job Duties:

  • Operate mold machines, tools, and materials; verify correct mold configuration per production order.
  • Run molding equipment (rotational, injection, or thermoforming depending on product line); load resin; monitor cycle times and temperatures
  • Inspect molded parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface finishes
  • Measure, stage, and mix raw materials; maintain resin levels; follow proper storage and labeling procedures

Other:

  • This position offers a minimum starting rate of $17.60/H
  • Profit sharing quarterly payouts are additional income for employees

This is a Permanent position based out of Erie, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
