Job Description
Beans & Brews is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in the roasting and packaging of all Beans & Brews coffee at the Beans & Brews Roasting Facility. This will include receiving and properly storing green coffee beans, assisting in the coffee roasting process and properly packaging, dating and sealing roasted coffee for delivery to all Beans & Brews Coffeehouses.
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
The Warehouse Associate position requires a positive, friendly and hardworking individual, with strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 75lbs. The Warehouse Associate responsibilities and requirements will include, but are not limited to:
  • Packaging and labeling bulk and retail coffee.
  • Operating equipment including a fork lift, and coffee roasting and packaging equipment.
  • Assisting with roaster operations and roaster equipment regular maintenance.
  • Assisting with product inventory management and timely roaster production, packaging and shipping preparation for optimal quality and freshness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Monday thru Friday flexible schedule.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
