Job description

The Direct Mail Coordinator will assist with the pre-sorting, packing, banding, and imprinting of addresses on the mail pieces that are produced daily by our in-house print shop.

Duties:

  • Process mail using our Kirk-Rudy printer/tabber and Quadient folder/inserter.
  • Produce digital variable mail pieces on our Xerox Iridesse digital presses.
  • Retain and execute daily tasks expressed in production meetings.
  • Communicate any issue(s) that may affect items being mailed out on time.
  • Ensure mailroom processes are followed accurately without error.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with mailroom software, procedures, and equipment used such as inserters, address printers, etc.
  • Ability to be flexible in job duties—every day is different.
  • Must be able to work and communicate within a group.
  • Must be able to stand for 5–6 hours per shift.
  • Must have attention to detail.
