Hiring: Associate Specialist – Documentation
Location: Scarborough, Maine - 04074
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: W2 Contract
Industry: Medical Devices
We are actively hiring an Associate Specialist – Documentation for a leading Medical Device company. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in Document Control, Quality Systems, and Regulatory Documentation within a regulated environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, edit, and process quality system documents and change requests
• Maintain and control document management systems in compliance with quality standards
• Review product specifications and labeling for consistency and accuracy
• Coordinate document approvals across multiple functional teams and sites
• Ensure document control processes comply with regulatory and company requirements
• Support cross-functional projects and maintain Quality System effectiveness
• Organize and maintain controlled documentation records
 
Requirements:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in document control or a regulated industry
• Experience with Quality Systems (QMS) and controlled documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with databases and document management software
