Responsibilities
Your Role:
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager, Hefty Business Unit to drive profitable growth across brand and private label portfolios. This role is a general business leadership position with responsibility for brand and private label strategies, P&L management, pricing & price pack architecture development, and portfolio line extensions. You will lead cross functional teams to commercialize innovation, build a strong growth pipeline, and deliver results in a fast paced, high performance environment. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

  • Lead Hefty brand and private label strategy, optimizing portfolio performance to deliver profitable growth.
  • Develop and lead integrated brand business plans, including innovation pipelines, launch strategies, competitive positioning, media plans, and distribution priorities.
  • Lead P&L management, including pricing, price pack architecture, investment trade offs, and financial performance analysis to guide decision making.
  • Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into clear business strategies, identifying short and long term growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross functional teams across Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to align strategy with executional excellence.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing and Category Management to ensure strategies are converted into customer ready stories, selling tools, and in market execution.
  • Continuously assess brand, category, and competitive dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities to refine priorities across the portfolio.
  • Communicate brand and business performance, providing clear, concise updates on results, key initiatives, and strategic priorities to senior leadership.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Brand Marketing or General Management experience in CPG.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution.
  • Excellent business acumen with experience managing budgets/P&L.
  • Proficiency with retailer scan data analysis programs such as Nielsen or Circana.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability for some travel (10-15%)

Icing on the cake:
  • MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.

USD $127,700.00 - USD $185,150.00 /A
Bonus Eligibility
Role is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
