WORK 4 10-HOUR DAYS!!


The Auto Label Attacher sets up, operates troubleshoots and maintains all equipment in the label attaching process by performing the following duties:

  • Reading and interpreting work orders to determine and confirm exact set up specifications to ensure job meets quality requirements.
  • Set up, operate, troubleshoot and maintain all equipment in the Label Attacher process.
  • Inspect and pack product before advancing to shipping or other departments.
  • Ensure all color-coded folders are in correct sequence.
  • Produce “re-make” labels on the computer.
  • Performs the necessary repairs on defective products as required.
  • Maintains machinery in working condition by performing routine and scheduled maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and make machinery adjustments.
  • Loads and unloads product and materials onto machine.
  • Print and label packaging containers with correct ID labels.
  • Produce expected levels of throughput.
  • Train new operators as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience and a minimum of 2 years machine operation in a manufacturing environment. Good hand-eye coordination. Must have a keen eye for color. Must be able to use hand tools. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance. Must be able to work independently. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, or schedule form. Must have the ability to read and interpret a ruler. Basic computer experience required.
