Competencies
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot label printing equipment. Basic mechanical skills for routine maintenance are preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains high quality standards by identifying and correcting print defects.
  • Time Management: Prioritizes tasks and meets production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving: Identifies equipment or production issues and works efficiently to resolve them.
  • Communication: Communicates effectively with team members and follows work instructions accurately.
  • Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment

Work is performed on the manufacturing floor and requires standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout the shift.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate effectively. Frequently lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Must have the vision necessary to safely perform job duties.

Schedule

Full-time position.

  • First Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
  • Wage: $17.5/hr.
