Job Description

We are seeking anย In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site in Pleasant Praire, WI.ย  This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink.ย As an Ink Room Inplant Managerย you will be responsible for:

  • Performing technical service, color matching,ย ink production and dispensing ink
  • Manufacturingย batches of ink under 100 lbs.
  • Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
  • Being responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts
  • Maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer by superior service
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Have 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
  • Communicate effectively with peers and customers
  • Have excellent written, reading comprehension andย math skills
  • Demonstrate proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Have good organization skills

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

  • Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Customer service skills
  • College degree
  • Previous experience within the Ink Industry
