Job Summary The Print Production Assistant is responsible for preparing, processing, and moving finished goods, materials, and production components in accordance with SOP's, customer requirements and work order specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills.

Must be reliable and able to perform in a fast-paced high volume production environment. Reliability and a commitment to safety and quality are essential. Key Responsibilities Operate a table top rewind machine, rework rolls into finished goods according to work order specifications and customer requirements.

Generate and apply accurate labeling, ensure label information matches work order. Load/Unload trucks and move incoming materials to designated storage locations. Pick materials and production components for manufacturing; stage materials at press.

Return materials and production components to their proper storage location Securely pack & prepare finished goods for transit. Complete production paperwork, job tickets, and quality records accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout as required Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and measuring devices.

Ability to read & understand work orders, job specifications, and safety instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift materials (often up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods Preferred Skills & Experience Previous experience working in a printing or converting environment, or industrial manufacturing environment preferred. Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus) Basic computer or touchscreen machine interface skills. Schedule Shift: Mon-Thurs 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
