What you will enjoy doing*
  • Generate certificates of analysis and labels based on data recorded by lab technicians using a web-based program
  • You are expected to download new specialty gas orders into the plant tracking system daily and print picking tickets for review
  • Complete requests for certificates of analysis and certificates of conformity from customer service and other company locations
  • You will assist in maintaining finished quality control and laboratory standard inventories for the plant
  • Perform administrative duties including writing correspondence, filing, mail distribution, and managing incoming calls
  • Uphold company Loss Prevention policies by setting a positive example and reporting accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, or conditions
  • Process all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • You will utilize computer systems daily to support plant operations

  • Two to three years of office administrative experience
