Job Summary:

They are seeking a Support System Administrator responsible for maintaining and supporting IT and OT systems in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring smooth operations in laboratory and manufacturing settings.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of lab and manufacturing systems.
• Provide support for CAPA and investigations.
• Update lifecycle documents, including configuration specifications, SOPs, URS, RTM, and DIA.
• Qualify instrumentation and handle network configuration requests.
• Offer on-call process support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Perform IT/OT troubleshooting and system configuration reviews.
• Assist in server setups and configurations.
• Assess the impact of changes to qualified systems.
• Manage continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT/OT system support within a regulated environment.
• Experience with GMP system management and troubleshooting lab instrumentation.
• Proficiency in validation testing and strong documentation skills.
• Experience with IT/OT troubleshooting and lab system administration.
• Ability to commute to Devens, MA.
