  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Associateโ€™s Degree required; BSN preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and operational management experience in healthcare settings
  • Ability to oversee clinical and administrative functions simultaneously
  • Must meet background and credentialing requirements
