About the Position

Specialty: Lab Technician
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in clinical laboratory settings
License: State license required if applicable
Certifications: ASCP or equivalent preferred; BLS required; all certifications must be submitted with expiration dates

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lab Technician to perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis. This position requires at least 2 years of recent clinical lab experience and proficiency with lab instruments and quality control procedures.

The role may include floating between departments or shifts. Weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities may apply. Missed shifts must be made up. Onboarding and compliance typically take 4–6 weeks. Voice screening and hiring manager interview are required.
