Job Details

We are seeking a handsโ€‘on Lab Manager to own and operate the engineering lab infrastructure supporting satellite and RF hardware development.

Responsibilities
  • Own dayโ€‘toโ€‘day lab operations
  • Maintain calibration systems and preventative maintenance programs
  • Manage inventory and asset tracking
  • Oversee lab safety (ESD, chemicals, compliance)
  • Support environmental test equipment (thermal, vibe, HALT/HASS)
  • Coordinate facility and vendor management
  • Assist with light warehouse operations
  • Support satellite integration workflows
Required
  • 3+ years in aerospace, RF, electronics, or highโ€‘reliability lab environment
  • Experience supporting flight or flightโ€‘like hardware
  • Calibration + asset tracking system experience
  • ESD and lab safety knowledge
  • Ability to read schematics + mechanical drawings
  • Onsite in Seattle
  • ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Green Card)
Strongly Desired
  • Satellite or antenna assembly
  • AS9100 / IPC / NIST familiarity
  • RF connectors, fineโ€‘pitch soldering
  • Cleanroom support experience
  • 3D printer maintenance
