Join a well-rounded team of four physicians and APP support, and one lab assistant to help with the most medically complex community members through homes and skilled nursing facility visits.
Multi-Specialty Group Employee, Traditional.  Minimal Call Ratio.  $260-270K Salary OR Income Guarantee.  WRVU production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  Retirement plan provided.  EPIC in use for EMR.  Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week.  8-10 patients per day.  phone call-2x per month and one weekend quartely shared between Geriatrics and Internal Medicine teams.  Work closely with Palliative Care and Hospice team.  Coverage of 3 local skilled nursing facilities.  Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14.  Internal student loan repayment of up to $120,000.  One-year physician partnership track for US candidates.
