Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Manager to lead our on-site denture lab in Evansville, IN. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled Denture Technician or Dental Lab Technician with hands-on experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.

Dental Lab Manager Responsibilities
The Dental Lab Manager will oversee daily lab operations and perform hands-on denture fabrication in an on-site Affordable Dentures & Implants lab.
Responsibilities include:
  • Fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish
  • Setting denture teeth
  • Denture wax-up, including festooning and carving
  • Rough finishing and fine finishing dentures
  • Performing denture repairs and relines
  • Pouring and trimming denture models
  • Supporting same-day denture services
  • Maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround expectations
  • Understanding and following OSHA protocols
  • Cross-training lab team members in all areas of the dental lab
  • Leading with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and clear communication
  • Partnering with the practice team to support best-in-class patient care

Dental Lab Manager Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have significant hands-on experience in denture fabrication and be comfortable working in a fast-paced dental lab environment.
Required:
  • Significant employment experience fabricating dentures from start to finish
  • Experience with setting teeth, wax-up, finishing, repairs, and model work
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during lab and practice business hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred but not required:
  • Denture and implant experience
  • Same-day denture experience
  • Prior dental lab leadership or lab manager experience
  • Experience working in an on-site dental practice lab
