Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be
reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position may include in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility.

This position is responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, and intermediate products to ensure quality control and process optimization within the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves collecting samples, preparing specimens, conducting tests, and documenting
results accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect samples of raw materials, and intermediate products according to established sampling procedures.
  • Communicate test results and ensure non-conforming material is processed appropriately
  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to:
  • Particle size analysis (e.g., sieve analysis, laser diffraction)
  • Color analysis
  • Set up and maintain laboratory test equipment
  • Input the status of raw materials into the Oracle computer system
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment in the lab
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner and communicate any issues at the shift transition
  • Keep work area clean and orderly
  • Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation

  • Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications

Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $20.04. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
