Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Acute FT | Evenings | Every other weekend required

Join our dedicated Laboratory Services team and play a key role in delivering accurate, reliable diagnostic results that support exceptional patient care. This role involves frequent computer work, instrument handling, and occasional light lifting. Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and laboratory hazards is part of the daily environment. While you won't provide direct patient care, you'll handle sensitive health information and play a vital behind-the-scenes role in patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine laboratory testing across multiple lab sections with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain and troubleshoot instruments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Complete quality control procedures to uphold regulatory and accuracy standards
  • Manage lab supplies and equipment
  • Participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives
  • Support a safe, compliant work environment with regular attendance and teamwork

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Science (required)
  • Certification: MLT certification through ASCP or AMT (preferred)
