Job description

  • You will prepare and evaluate cubicle qualification samples (Tab samples)
  • Further you will also prepare and evaluate sample parts and customer hardware (Part cut ups) and prepare and evaluate physical properties (e.g. Hardness - Micro and Macro)
  • You will perform set-ups, and operate a variety of standard lab equipment, while adhering to prescribed methods of operation
  • You will calibrate and maintain lab equipment is required in this role
  • Moreover you will order all Met Lab supplies including polishing suspensions, grit paper, etc.
  • You will perform quality evaluations of standard coatings in a timely manner, identifying problem areas and reporting results to appropriate individuals
  • You will keep accurate record keeping for all of the above
