The Lab Tech II – Specimen Processing is responsible for the accurate receipt, identification, processing, and distribution of patient specimens to support timely and accurate laboratory testing. This position ensures specimens are handled according to established laboratory procedures while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Lab Tech II works collaboratively with laboratory staff, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend
  • Holidays: As needed

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:

  • Validation of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of phlebotomy experience is required.
