DESCRIPTION
La Quinta Inn & Suites in Morgantown, WV is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring hotel operations run smoothly overnight, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
  • Balance daily financial transactions and complete the nightly audit.
  • Prepare reports and reconcile room revenue, payments, and cash receipts.
  • Answer phones and respond to guest requests promptly.
  • Monitor hotel security and conduct routine property walkthroughs.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
  • Prepare the front desk for the morning shift.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel front desk or Night Auditor experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel property management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
