Job description

Best Western is looking for a Houseperson who will be committed to promoting cleanliness and safety. 

The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel property. They must work to promote safety in all guest areas by following strict procedures with respect to passkeys, entry to guestrooms, and reporting any suspicious activity. Housepersons must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail in all aspects of their job. 

We are in search of qualified candidates who can excel at the following: 

a Always maintain a professional appearance. 

a Assist room attendants in the processing of linen and cleaning of rooms. 

a Maintain cleanliness of corridors, elevator landings and all public areas. 

a Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner. 

a Ensure all floor closets and room attendantas carts are fully stocked. 

a Report all safety and maintenance concerns to your supervisor. 

a Care for all uniforms, equipment and supplies issued by management.
