Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys problem-solving, and is ready to take the next step in hotel leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Support hiring, scheduling, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures
  • Help manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
