We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight shift team at Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide medical treatments and medications, and perform routine nursing tasks. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in maintaining positive relationships with our residents, families, and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Perform routine nursing tasks, such as vital sign monitoring, bathing, and dressing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
