In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates
Your contribution to the team:
• Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projects

Required Skill and Experience
• Domain: Industrial Manufacturing
• Supply Chain, Plant and Warehouse Operations pertaining to Engine Manufacturers
• Drive requirement sessions / workshops with Business Users
• Create L4/L5 process flows from L2/L3 details and convert them to User stories
• Deep domain expertise in at least 2 of the below areas: -
o Engine business emission Compliance and regulations, Digital Product Passport
o Distribution specific to engine business (both highway and off highway), Warranty & Claims.
o Connected Services and Servitization (as a service model).
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex business concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.
• Should be a candidate looking for continuous learning, staying updated with the latest RPA tools and innovations, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance automation capabilities.
• Certifications - Any BA or Product owner certifications
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
