Your Role at Delta Faucet
The MOS Process Excellence Coach is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving enterprise-wide process improvement and operational excellence across non-manufacturing functions such as Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Product Management, IT, and Commercial/Marketing. This role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, quality, cost, and customer experience. The MOS Coach serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, applies Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, and builds lasting improvement capability across the organization.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Process Improvement
  • Lead large, complex, cross-functional and enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation and sustainment.
  • Analyze current-state processes, workflows, and handoffs to identify inefficiencies, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design future-state operating models, workflows, and governance that improve speed, quality, accuracy, and customer experience.

Operational Excellence & Methodologies
  • Apply MOS, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods in non-manufacturing and knowledge-work environments (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, problem solving, standard work, automation, risk mitigation).
  • Translate methodology into practical, business-focused solutions with measurable and sustainable results.

Strategic Partnership & Influence
  • Partner with functional leaders to align improvement initiatives with strategic priorities, customer needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Influence decisions through strong analytical insight, data-driven recommendations, and executive-level communication.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and accelerate adoption of change.

Capability Building & Coaching
  • Coach teams, MOS apprentices, facilitators and leaders on continuous improvement tools, mindset, and behaviors.
  • May coach MOS leader or continuous improvement practitioners, developing future process excellence leaders.
  • Embed continuous improvement practices and governance to increase organizational maturity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.

Preferred
  • MOS or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or D5 certification - multiple tools)
  • Experience improving service, transactional, or knowledge-based processes
  • Exposure to change management and process automation
