Job description

Sr. Manufacturing Engineer(s) (full-time, multiple openings)

L&T Technology Services Ltd. is in need of Sr. Manufacturing Engineer(s) in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to lead the design manufacturing processes for clients. Direct team members in performing the engineering analysis of manufacturing processes to identify and mitigate any risks as well as optimize designs. Manage the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and utilize advanced root cause analysis to resolve engineering issues. Identify and implement process improvements to create engineering efficiencies. Oversee the evaluation pieces for consistency with quality standards as well as review and approve reports summarizing manufacturing trends. Approve the documentation of the manufacturing processes and procedures.

Must have a Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any) or a related field, plus two (2) years of engineering experience. One (1) year of the two (2) years of experience must include experience with Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Teamcenter PLM, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Pro/ENGINEER (Pro/E), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and AutoCAD.

In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any) or a related field plus five (5) years of progressive experience in the engineering field. One (1) year of five (5) years of progressive engineering experience must include experience with Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Teamcenter PLM, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Pro/ENGINEER (Pro/E), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and AutoCAD.

All experience may be acquired concurrently. Benefits: Paid leave, health insurance, group life insurance, disability, 401(K). Domestic travel and relocation is required. Travel will be required to various facilities of L&T Technology Services Limited and its clients across the U.S. based on project needs up to approximately 10% of the time.
